What kind of warranty comes with a Sylvi watch?
Every Sylvi watch comes with a standard 6-month to 1-year manufacturer warranty covering internal movement defects. Please retain your invoice to claim warranty services.
Are Sylvi watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our timepieces feature a 3 ATM water resistance rating, making them resistant to accidental splashes and rain. However, they are not suitable for swimming or diving.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, your watch will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across the country.
How do I adjust the strap of my Sylvi watch?
For stainless steel mesh or link bands, we provide an adjustment tool or instructions in the box. For leather or silicone straps, the standard buckle allows for easy adjustment to your wrist size.
