At Sylvi Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

  Ship to Sylvi

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
